Initial notes of gunflint, gooseberry and crushed stone, evolves to grapefruit and lingering grassiness. Freshness and green-gauge bouquet suggests the cool climate and maritime influence. 

Palate is fresh and crisp, linear with pronounced citrus acidity. Focused and precise. Finishes with lime tang and mineral notes.
