This Chenin Blanc shows freshly cut winter melon that flows to ripe freshly cut pear served with a hint of lime zest and sweet sunrise grapefruit aromas.

The palate entrance is smooth and elegant and complemented by sweet grapefruit concentration that adds depth and length of flavour. The wine carries a gunflint minerally note indicative of the concrete exposure the wine enjoyed. The finish is smooth and elegant.
